Meet Patty! Her name comes from the Spanish word patata, meaning potato. She's the happiest little couch potato you'll ever meet.
This brindled beauty spent 3 long months in the Guadalupe County shelter before we set her free. When they walked her out of her kennel, she promptly fell over on the floor to show us her belly. Her tail is always wagging and she's always happy. Give this girl a couch cushion and a blanket and you have yourself a Netflix buddy for life!
Patty was heartworm positive when she arrived at Good Catch. After six weeks of treatment, she's officially finished and is ready to start the next chapter with her forever family.
This brindled beauty loves her people and has done very well with the other dogs in her foster home. She is not cat friendly and, like many female bully breeds, prefers to be the boss. Because of that, Patty would do best as an only dog or with a compatible male.
Patty has been wonderful with children. She loves a lap and a nap and is not overly energetic. She can be trusted in the home, out of a crate and is not destructive to her toys. She enjoys cow hooves, pig ears and any treat you might introduce to her.
Patty is what we call a "people's person". She is loyal, kind and has a nurturing temperament. This lovely lady is not a huge fan of the Texas summer heat, so we look forward to finding her a family who lives farther North and is looking for a winter lap warmer.
Patty is about two and a half years old and weighs 60 pounds. She is fully vetted and will receive a 12 month ProHeart heartworm prevention injection before heading home, so her family won't have to worry about monthly heartworm prevention for her first year.
For out of state adopters, Patty can travel safely with one of our trusted transport partners. We adopt to multiple states to help each dog find their perfect forever home.
