Waffles is a mixed breed pup who we think looks like a shepherd/husky mix. She was born on 8/11/23 and raised by her good momma (seen in the last photo), until she was 9 weeks old. Her momma was a pregnant stray who was rescued and gave birth to 10 healthy puppies. Waffles came to Good Catch as the last pup who hadn't yet been adopted. We're keeping her company with our alphabet litter who are only 3 days younger.
Waffles will most likely grow to be over 50 pounds like her mom. She has a thick, double coat and long legs. Shy at first but now a confident, healthy and playful pup.
At such a young age, Waffles will need a home where someone is around throughout the day to help enrich and socialize her, along with working on housetraining. She will repay you in kisses and companionship for your dedication to raising a well-rounded puppy. She loves to play with toys and is teething, so bones and pig's ears are keeping her busy along with chew toys. No apartment living for this sunbathing baby.
She has proven to be very dog friendly and enjoys the company of children who are calm and gentle.
Waffles has received 3 rounds of her required puppy shots, she's vaccinated for bordetella and rabies. She is microchipped and on flea, tick and heartworm preventatives.
